After I had given the deed
on Jeremiah 32:16-25
Jeremiah's prayer opens with creation, then moves through the exodus and Israel's disobedience. That history ends in the present siege, where “the city has been given into the hands of the Chaldeans.” Verse 25 sets the LORD's command, “Buy for yourself the field with silver,” beside that fact.

signs and wonders in the land of Egypt
Barnes reads the verse as a claim that the wonders begun in Egypt never stopped, still at work in Israel and among the nations. Jeremiah cites that record to steady himself. The God of the exodus is the God of the siege.

The Church Fathers1 voice
(Verse 20) You have set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt until this day, both in Israel and among mankind (or among earthlings), and have made a name for yourself, as it is this day. From a general overview, it then focuses on what specifically Israel has accomplished. It says, 'You have set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, which have afflicted Egypt until this day, and in Israel and among mankind, whether native-born or foreign.'

Which hast set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, even unto this day,....
We have a message which God thereupon entrusted him to deliver to the people. He must foretel the utter destruction of Judah and Jerusalem for their sins,

The sense is, who hast set, i. e., performed Exo 10:2 signs etc., and hast continued working them unto this day, both in lsrael and among men (i. e., the pagan).
