For Aaron and his sons they made tunics of fine linen
on Exodus 39:27-29
Aaron and his sons share the linen turban, headbands, undergarments and embroidered sash. The sons wear linen while the gold, the stones and the engraved plate belong to Aaron, so the chapter grades the priesthood by its cloth.

The linen undergarments were ordered at Exodus 28:42-43 for every time the priests entered the Tent of Meeting or approached the altar. John Wesley reads the clean linen of these garments as the righteousness of the saints. Linen covers the priest throughout.
