Then they brought the tabernacle to Moses

on Exodus 39:33-41

Everything is carried to Moses and listed piece by piece, from the tent to the courtyard. John Gill reads the bringing as an inspection, so Moses could see whether the work matched the pattern shown on the mountain. The list closes on the woven garments, where the chapter began.

The list runs down to the ropes and the tent pegs, which Exodus 35:18 named among the things the skilled workers were to make. Matthew Henry notes that the people submitted every piece to the judgment of Moses. He was set over them.
