on Deuteronomy 9:28-29
Moses ends on what Egypt would say, that the LORD "was not able to bring them into the land" and "hated them". He asks God to weigh His own name among the nations that watched the exodus, the plea of Numbers 14:15-16.

The prayer ends where it began at verse 26, and a chapter of rebellion closes with Israel described by what God owns. The next chapter turns the term around, when the LORD is named the inheritance of Levi at 10:9.
