How it is read
The corpus carries no English text for this chapter, so nothing here is quoted. Rashi comments at sixteen places in it and Ibn Ezra at eight, and both stand by reference alone (Rashi on Exodus 8:2:1, 8:8:1, 8:13:1, 8:17:1 and 8:22:1; Ibn Ezra on Exodus 8:1:1, 8:9:1 and 8:23:1). Sefaria reports no licence for the Rashi version it holds, and CC-BY-NC for the Ibn Ezra translation, so the corpus keeps the reference and the link. One caution belongs on these references. Sefaria numbers the verses of this part of Exodus as a Hebrew Bible numbers them. An English Bible parts from that count here, so a reference followed to Sefaria may land a few verses away. This site says the same of the weekly portions, whose verse ranges are printed in the Hebrew numbering.
What the rabbis say
The rabbis take up this chapter through the Mekhilta at four places. The recension of Rabbi Shimon ben Yochai carries it at Additions 8:1 and Additions 8:2, and again at 12:6. The recension of Rabbi Yishmael carries it at Tractate Pischa 18:23. On the frogs they taught in Midrash Aggadah, Exodus 8:2:1 and Midrash Lekach Tov, Exodus 8:3:1. Shemot Rabbah 15:27 and Eikhah Rabbah 1:55 carry the chapter as well.
