Within your gates you must not eat the tithe of your grain
on Deuteronomy 12:17-19
The concession stops at the tithe of grain, new wine and oil, the firstborn, the vows and the freewill offerings. These keep their old destination, and verse 19 makes the Levite a standing duty “as long as you live in your land”.

Verse 18 has the household eat its own tithe before the LORD, and Gill reads the Levite's share as a seat at that meal. At 14:24 to 26 a far household sells the tithe for silver and eats the meal there. The Levite still eats with them.
