Is there no longer wisdom in Teman?

on Jeremiah 49:7-11

The question whether wisdom is gone from Teman strikes at Edom’s fame for wisdom: Eliphaz of Job came from Teman. The judgment is complete: “I will strip Esau bare; I will uncover his hiding places.” Yet verse 11 leaves an exception: “Abandon your orphans; I will preserve their lives.”
