on Joshua 22:18-20
The argument is corporate: a rebellion today brings anger tomorrow on the whole congregation. Verse 19 offers them land among the western tribes, conceding that the tabernacle stands on one side of the river only. Achan is the proof, one man who did not perish alone in his sin.
