the river shall bring forth frogs abundantly
on Exodus 8:3-4
The Nile that Egypt lived on is made to breed the plague, as it was made to run blood at 7:20. The frogs are tracked from the water into the bedchamber, the bed, the ovens and the kneadingtroughs, so the reach of the thing is measured by naming the places where a household is private. Verse 4 puts Pharaoh himself first, ahead of his people and his servants, so the king is the first body the frogs climb.

God's curse upon a man will pursue him wherever he goes, and lie heavily upon him whatever he does. There is no avoiding divine judgments when they invade with commission.
