My princes shall no more oppress my people - By exorbitant taxes to maintain profligate courts, or subsidize other powers to help to keep up a system of tyranny in the earth. The former princes even robbed the temple of God to give subsidies to other states.

on Ezekiel 45:6-8

A third strip, “5,000 cubits wide and 25,000 cubits long,” belongs to the whole house of Israel as the city's land. The chapter's plainest moral note follows, “My princes will no longer oppress My people.” The grant answers the abuse the kings before the exile were charged with.

The promise answers the rulers of 22:25 to 27, who tore their prey like wolves, and the shepherds of chapter 34. Adam Clarke names the abuses as heavy taxes and the robbing of the temple to pay foreign powers. Matthew Henry applies the verse to rulers who protect God's people.

(Chapter 45, vers. 1 and following) When you begin to divide the land as an inheritance, set apart for the Lord a portion of the land, twenty-five thousand cubits in length and ten thousand cubits in width, which shall be consecrated in all its boundaries. This portion shall be holy and shall be laid out in a square, five hundred by five hundred cubits in size, with fifty cubits of additional land as its outskirts.
