a vow or a freewill offering
on Leviticus 7:16-22
A vow or a freewill offering may be eaten on a second day and a thanksgiving offering may not. Meat eaten on the third day will not be accepted, so an offering already made can be spoiled afterward.
This site's exposition
Then the LORD said to Moses
A new speech turns from the handling of the peace offering to two things Israel may never eat, the fat and the blood. This time the words go to all the Israelites, while the laws since Leviticus 6:9 went to Aaron and his sons.
