When you eat and are satisfied
on Deuteronomy 8:10-11
The same clause, "when you eat and are satisfied", opens verses 10 and 12. It runs to blessing in the first and to forgetting in the second.

Be careful not to forget the LORD
The warning stands at the moment of plenty, between the full meal of verse 10 and the fine houses of verse 12. John Gill observes that abundance, which ought to keep God in daily remembrance, tends instead to make men forget him.
