when the queen of Sheba heard about the fame of Solomon
on 2 Chronicles 9:1-2
The queen of Sheba comes “to test him with difficult questions”. Jesus names her the Queen of the South who will rise against a generation that refuses “One greater than Solomon,” at Matthew 12:42. Near the reign's close, the visit answers 1:1, where the LORD “highly exalted him”.

The queen came with difficult questions, and none went unanswered. Verse 23 names the source of the answers as the wisdom God put in Solomon's heart. Barnes finds the account close to its parallel in Kings, varying from it little and adding nothing to it.

when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon--(See on 1Ki 10:1-13). It is said that among the things in Jerusalem which drew forth the admiration of Solomon's royal visitor was "his ascent by which he went up into the house of the Lord." This was the arched viaduct that crossed the valley from Mount Zion to the opposite hill.
