Summary
Nathan was David's court prophet, the trusted counselor who delivered the Davidic covenant (2 Samuel 7) and confronted David's gravest sin with the parable of the ewe lamb (2 Samuel 12). His ministry set the prophet as the conscience of the monarchy.
