on Jeremiah 48:18-28
Dibon is told, “Come down from your glory; sit on parched ground.” “The horn of Moab has been cut off, and his arm is broken.” The cause is given in verse 26, “he has magnified himself against the LORD,” and verse 27 recalls Moab’s ridicule of Israel.
