And the word of the Lord - Keil: “This word of the Lord is not addressed through ‘the interpreting angel,’ but direct from the Lord, and that through the ‘Angel of the Lord’ .

Moreover the word of the Lord came unto me
on Zechariah 4:8-9
A second word confirms the first: the hands that laid the foundation shall also finish the house, the same builder from start to close. Zechariah is given the sign as his own credential, that Zerubbabel's finished temple will prove to the people that the Lord of hosts sent this prophet, the fulfillment itself standing as the seal on the word.
