And the incense altar, and his staves
on Exodus 35:15-19
The list ends at the cloths of service and the holy garments for Aaron the priest and his sons, so the last thing to be made is what a man wears to minister. Aaron is named in his office three chapters after he took the people's gold and made the calf at 32:2-4, and the text sets the two down without a word between them. Exodus 28:3 had already assigned those garments to the wise hearted, which is the same class of workman this chapter has been calling for.

The Puritans and the Awakening1 voice
23 And every man, with whom was found blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goats' hair, and red skins of rams, and badgers' skins, brought them. 24 Every one that did offer an offering of silver and brass brought the L ORD 's offering: and every man, with whom was found shittim wood for any work of the service, brought it.
