I saw the LORD sitting
on 2 Chronicles 18:18-22
Micaiah's second vision shows “the LORD sitting on His throne, and all the host of heaven standing on His right and on His left”. A spirit offers to be “a lying spirit in the mouths of all his prophets”. Chronicles keeps the scene nearly identical to 1 Kings 22:19-23.

The lying spirit works through all of Ahab's prophets at once, and the LORD declares that the plan will prevail. In the Targum Clarke quotes, the spirit offers to be a spirit of false prophecy in the mouths of Ahab's prophets. The four hundred spoke with one voice.
