I inquired of the angel who was speaking with me
on Zechariah 6:4-5
The angel answers plainly this time: “These are the four spirits of heaven, going forth from their station before the Lord of all the earth”. Henry sets the chariots beside the seven eyes of chapter four, sent out now to the four quarters of the earth.

Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me,.... After he had seen the chariots come out, and had observed the different colours of the horses in them: what are these, my lord? that is, what do they signify? what is the meaning of this vision?
He did not look long before he discovered that which was worth seeing, and which would serve very much for the encouraging of himself and his friends in this dark day. We are very much in the dark concerning the meaning of this vision.
