The sons of Aaron brought the blood to him
on Leviticus 9:9-11
The blood goes on the horns of the altar in the court, as Moses did at Leviticus 8:15. The rule of 4:5-7 takes an anointed priest's blood in before the veil, but Aaron has not yet acted inside the holy place.

The fat, the kidneys and the lobe of the liver go on the altar. These are the portions Leviticus 4:8-10 reserves from a sin offering.

Add to this, that there is nothing said to be consumed by that heavenly fire, but the burnt-offering with the fat belonging to it, namely, that burnt- offering mentioned ver. 16, which therefore is not there said to be burnt, as it is said of the other burnt-offering, ver. 13, and of the rest of the sacrifices in their places.
