I will cast thee as profane - Thou shalt be cast down from thine eminence. From the midst of the stones of fire - Some, supposing that stones of fire means the stars, have thought that the whole refers to the fall of Satan.

you were blameless in your ways

on Ezekiel 28:15-17

Thou wast perfect in thy ways, till iniquity was found in thee marks the turn, a fall from an original perfection. The cause is trade turned to violence, and pride in beauty. The sentence answers in kind, cast as profane out of the mountain of God, cast to the ground.

This site's exposition

By the vastness of your trade

Violence here is chamas, the word for the wrong that filled the earth before the flood in Genesis 6. Tyre's trade included slaves, listed among her goods at 27:13. Commerce had become oppression.

(Vers. 11 seqq.) And the word of the Lord came to me, saying: Son of man, raise a lamentation over the king of Tyre, and say to him: Thus says the Lord God: You were the signet of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty. You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone was your covering: carnelian, topaz, and jasper, chrysolite, onyx, and beryl, sapphire, carbuncle, and emerald. Gold was the workmanship of your settings and your engravings; on the day that you were created they were prepared.
