Leviticus 23:24 names this day but leaves its offerings unnamed, and Numbers supplies them. Verse 6 stacks three offerings on the one day: those given here, the monthly offering of Numbers 28:11-15, and the regular daily offering.

three-tenths of an ephah with the bull
The grain offering is measured by the animal it goes with. A bull takes three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour, a ram two-tenths and a lamb one. John Gill notes that each creature receives the same quantity as at the new moons and the other feasts.

Which went along with the creatures offered for a burnt offering; the quantity of flour and oil used in it was the same, for a bullock, a ram, and each lamb, as in the offerings at the new moons, feast of unleavened bread and the day of firstfruits, Num 28:10 and a kid of the goats was also offered for a sin offering at this time, as in those seasons, and for the same purpose, to make atonement for the sins of their holy things.
If we perform family-worship, we must not think that this will excuse us from our secret devotions; nor that on the days we go to church we need not worship God alone and with our families; but we should always abound in the work of the Lord.
