On the fifteenth day of the seventh month
on Numbers 29:12-16
The Feast of Tabernacles opens with thirteen young bulls, the largest offering in the calendar. The bulls then fall by one each day to seven, while the rams hold at two and the lambs at fourteen.
This site's exposition
in addition to the regular burnt offering
The regular burnt offering stands beside the great burnt offering of the feast every day. Matthew Henry says it was offered first in the morning and last in the evening, whatever else the day held. In his words, no extraordinary services should jostle out our stated devotions.

proposed
on the fifteenth day--was to be held the feast of booths or tabernacles. The feast was to last seven days, the first and last of which were to be kept as Sabbaths, and a particular offering was prescribed for each day, the details of which are given with a minuteness suited to the infant state of the church.
