on Ezra 10:7-9
The proclamation carries a deadline. Anyone who fails to gather at Jerusalem within three days forfeits all his property and is expelled from the assembly of the exiles. The men of Judah and Benjamin come, and the narrator names the date, the twentieth day of the ninth month.
