The land list fixes Ephraim's towns from Bethel to Gezer and Shechem, then Manasseh's along Beth-shean, Taanach, Megiddo and Dor, closing with the note that the children of Joseph the son of Israel held them all. Gill and Keil both read the two half-lists as answering to the fuller borders already drawn in Joshua 17, the settlement record standing behind the shorter roll call here.
