The curtain for the entrance to the courtyard was embroidered
on Exodus 38:18-20
The courtyard's one door wears the veil's four materials, blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, and finely spun linen. It is twenty cubits wide in a wall a hundred long, marked by colour where all else is white.

The entrance curtain hangs on four posts, one more than the three on each side of it in verses 14 and 15. Exodus 27:16 gave the gate four posts and four bases. Their fittings match the rest of the courtyard, bronze below and silver above.
