The instruction of chapters 25 to 31 began at the ark and worked outward. The building works inward, from the tent here to the ark of chapter 37.

The size repeats 26:2 exactly. Joined, the ten curtains made one cloth forty cubits long and twenty-eight wide. The goat hair curtains of verse 15 are cut larger, and 26:13 lets their extra length hang down to cover this cloth.
