The praise song rises again, foot to head this time, at the dance of Mahanaim: thy rounded thighs like jewels, thy stature like a palm tree. 'How fair and how pleasant art thou, O love, for delights!' She answers with full mutuality (the third refrain completed and reversed: 'I am my beloved's, and his desire is toward me'), the word teshuqah, the same 'desire' of Genesis 3:16, here healed into gladness. Come, my beloved, let us go forth into the field; there will I give thee my love.
