The parts claimed are inward parts nobody sees, the fat covering the entrails, both kidneys and the lobe of the liver. Verse 5 burns them atop the burnt offering on the burning wood, so the peace offering goes onto a fire the daily offering lit.

John Wesley explains the order: the daily burnt offering went on first because it was for atonement, without which no peace offering was accepted. Adam Clarke notes that the fat was reckoned the most valuable part of the animal, which is why the altar received it.

The great sacrifice of peace, that of the Lamb of God which takes away the sins of the world, prepares the altar for our sacrifices of praise, which are not accepted till we are reconciled. Now the burning of this fat is supposed to signify, (1.) The offering up of our good affections to God in all our prayers and praises.
