'God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble', therefore no fear though the earth do change and the mountains be shaken into the heart of the seas. A river makes glad the city of God; 'God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God will help her, and that right early.' He maketh wars to cease, breaketh the bow, burneth the chariots. 'Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations.' Jehovah of hosts is with us: Luther's psalm, 'A Mighty Fortress.'
