Chapter summary

The cosmic choir: 'Praise ye Jehovah from the heavens' (all his angels, all his host, sun and moon, stars of light, heavens of heavens) 'for he commanded, and they were created.' Then from the earth: sea-monsters and all deeps, fire and hail, snow and vapor, stormy wind fulfilling his word; mountains and hills, fruitful trees and cedars, beasts and cattle, creeping things and flying birds; kings of the earth and all peoples, young men and virgins, old men and children.
