About this voice

Jonathan David Cahn (born 1959) is an American Messianic Jewish rabbi, author, and the founder/leader of Beth Israel Worship Center (Wayne, New Jersey). Born in New York to a Jewish family — son of a Holocaust refugee — he was converted to faith in Yeshua (Jesus) at age 20 following a near-death experience, becoming a Messianic Jewish believer. His ministry combines messianic-Jewish synagogue context, sustained Hebraic-roots teaching, and prophetic-popular books that draw parallels between biblical patterns and contemporary American events. The Harbinger (2011), his breakthrough novel-and-prophetic-application, is the launching text. Subsequent titles include The Mystery of the Shemitah (2014), The Paradigm (2017), The Oracle (2019), The Harbinger II (2020), The Return of the Gods (2022), and The Dragon's Prophecy (2024). His Hope of the World ministry maintains substantial broadcast and online reach. He is recognized as the principal contemporary popular Hebraic-roots prophetic-pattern voice.
