About this voice
Dutch Sheets (born 1954) is an American Charismatic pastor, author, and intercession-movement teacher. Educated at Christ for the Nations Institute (Dallas), he served as a senior pastor of Springs Harvest Fellowship (Colorado Springs, CO) for over a decade and has held faculty and ministry roles at Christian International (Bishop Bill Hamon's apostolic-prophetic network). He founded Dutch Sheets Ministries, Givers of Life Ministries, and the Appeal to Heaven movement (post-2015), which has linked his teaching ministry to a public-prayer-for-the-nation emphasis using the historical "Appeal to Heaven" Pine Tree flag of the American Revolution. His book catalog includes Intercessory Prayer (1996, the standard text), Watchman Prayer (2000), The River of God (1998), Authority in Prayer (2006), An Appeal to Heaven (2015), and a daily devotional Give Him 15 podcast/blog (2020–present) reaching a large subscriber base. Intercessory Prayer has sold over 500,000 copies.
