Observe ye everything that takes place in the heaven, how they do not change their orbits, and the luminaries which are in the heaven, how they all rise and set in order each in its season, and transgress not against their appointed order.

The Sun and the Rain Never Break Their Word
Enoch turns from the vision of judgment to the created order itself. The heavenly lights keep their appointed courses without change, and the earth reliably brings summer, winter, cloud, dew, and rain in their seasons.
- Psalms 19:1 : "The heavens declare the glory of God" is the same instinct, creation's order as silent testimony, that opens this nature-parable section.
- Jeremiah 31:35 : Jeremiah likewise appeals to the fixed "ordinances" of sun, moon, and stars as proof of God's faithfulness, echoing the same argument from steady order.
