Summary
Habakkuk is the only prophet whose book is a dialogue between himself and the LORD, a wrestling with how God can use the wicked Babylonians to judge Judah. The answer, "the righteous will live by his faith" (Habakkuk 2:4), is cited three times in the New Testament.
