The number 35

Hope, redemption

Bullinger's Number in Scripture has no treatment of thirty-five, and no verse attaches the number to hope or redemption in any clear or repeated way. Scripture's occurrences of the number are ordinary and non-patterned, appearing mainly in census totals and building measurements scattered across the Old Testament with no shared theme. The label 'hope, redemption' traces to Ed F. Vallowe's Biblical Mathematics (1998); it has no Bullinger source and no scriptural pattern behind it. The honest note for this row is that thirty-five carries no substantive established pattern in either Bullinger or the text itself, and the label should be presented, if at all, as unverified later tradition rather than a meaning scripture teaches.
