Ye mighty kings who dwell on the earth, ye shall have to behold Mine Elect One, how he sits on the throne of glory and judges Azâzêl, and all his associates, and all his hosts in the name of the Lord of Spirits.’

God's Oath Never Again: The Head of Days Repents
God, called "the Head of Days," is said to repent of the destruction already worked on the earth and swears "by His great name" never again to destroy "all who dwell on the earth," setting "a sign in the heaven" as a pledge of good faith. Yet the chastisement is not cancelled outright: it is reserved for "the day of tribulation and pain." The chapter closes with kings summoned to watch "Mine Elect One" judge Azazel and his hosts from the throne of glory.
