Cindy Jacobs (born 1951) is an American Independent Charismatic prophet, intercessor, speaker, author, and the co-founder (with husband Mike Jacobs, 1985) of Generals International (originally Generals of Intercession) — one of the principal contemporary intercession-and-prophetic ministries globally. She is a member of C. Peter Wagner's New Apostolic Reformation network and has been a prophet at the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders (ACPE) since 1999, alongside Dutch Sheets, Chuck Pierce, James Goll, and Mike Bickle (, prior to 2023). The New York Times has described her as "one of the most influential American prophets." Her book catalog includes Possessing the Gates of the Enemy: A Training Manual for Militant Intercession (1991, multiple subsequent editions through 4th in 2018), The Voice of God, Women Rise Up!, and editorship of the Women of Destiny Bible. She and Mike Jacobs co-led Generals International as one of the foundational architects of modern strategic intercession and prophetic-territorial-warfare framework.
