The life, in order

The life told as one accountfrom this site's record

Toufik Benedictus ("Benny") Hinn (born December 3, 1952) is an Israeli-Palestinian-Canadian-American televangelist, founder of Benny Hinn Ministries / World Healing Center Church, and one of the most-publicly-known healing-crusade evangelists of the late 20th and early 21st centuries. Born in Jaffa, Palestine to Greek-Orthodox-Armenian heritage, his family relocated to Toronto, Canada in 1968 where Hinn was converted in 1972. He began itinerant ministry in the late 1970s, founded Orlando Christian Center (1983–1999) which grew into a megachurch, and developed the Miracle Crusades international healing-crusade format that defined his peak ministry years. His book catalog includes Good Morning, Holy Spirit (1990; reported 1.5M+ copies), The Anointing, Welcome, Holy Spirit, and many more. The September 2, 2019 prosperity-gospel renunciation was a substantial public moment; subsequent ministry has continued with the question of theological-trajectory under sustained external observation.
